Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, ensuring our team is well-supported.
• Facilitate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining HR documentation.
