Job summary

MedOne Healthcare Partners is seeking a recruiter to partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and execute hiring plans for clinical providers and APPs. You will manage postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with service line leadership to ensure timely placements.

You will also support onboarding, background checks, and start-date communications while maintaining recruitment dashboards and contributing to process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in a hospital or managed care setting.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and online sourcing.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and high confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to determine staffing needs and success measures.
• Identify sourcing methods to attract qualified clinicians and APPs.
• Manage job postings in ATS and develop job advertisements.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate fit for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with recruitment/service line leadership.
• Oversee onboarding processes, background checks, and start date communications.
• Maintain requisition and onboarding spreadsheets; lead recruiting meetings.
