Job summary

Humanaut Health seeks an HR Generalist & Recruiter to own day-to-day HR for our growing multi-site healthcare company. You’ll handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and leave, onboarding, HR compliance, and HR operations, collaborating with the COO and growing recruiting as clinics expand.

Based in Austin, TX, this full-time role supports our clinics remotely and may require occasional travel. You’ll start with posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, offers, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience including HR generalist, employee relations, onboarding and compliance
• 1+ year recruiting or hiring coordination experience
• Experience with a PEO or HRIS and applicant tracking system
• Payroll processing experience and wage/hour compliance for non-exempt staff

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR for multiple clinics
• Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and leave
• Oversee onboarding, HR compliance and HR operations
• Support recruiting and fill roles as clinics expand
• Maintain HR records and policies across states
