Qualifications

• ADP or HRIS experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• Excellent writing skills are required.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate hiring, onboarding, posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain HRIS Recruitment System.
• Assist HR Director with New Hire Orientation.
• Participate in Interview Panels.
• Attend seminars, workshops and professional meetings.
• Maintain professional affiliations with applicable organizations.
• Attend committees as required.
• Assist in maintaining job descriptions.
• Cross-train to other HR functions to support the department.
• Promote good employee and interdepartmental relations.
• Provide in-services to employees as appropriate.
• Gather statistical data as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
