Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain HRIS Recruitment System.
• Participate in Interview Panels.
• Attend seminars, workshops, career events, and professional meetings.
• Maintain professional affiliations with applicable organizations.
• Attend meetings and participate in committees as required.
• Assist in maintaining job descriptions.
• Cross-train to support other HR functions.
• Promote good employee relations and interdepartmental relations.
