• Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring process, new hire onboarding, and managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and following new employees through their first six months of employment.
• Maintain HRIS Recruitment System
• Participate in Interview Panels
• Attend seminars, workshops, career events, and professional affiliation meetings
• Maintain professional affiliation with all applicable organizations
• Attend meetings and participate in Committees as required
• Assist in the maintenance of job descriptions
• Cross trained to other human resource functions to support the department
• Promote good employee relations and interdepartmental relations
