This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources. The role supports hospital recruitment and onboarding by managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting department leaders in hiring qualified staff. The position also supports new employees through their first six months of employment to promote a successful transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in the field of Human Resources or associates in related field required.
• 1 year previous experience in recruitment required.
• Previous experience in ADP or other HRIS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs as well as other computer programs required
• Excellent writing skills required
• Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring process,, new hire on-boarding, and managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and following new employees through their first six months of employment.
• Maintain HRIS Recruitment System
• Participate in Interview Panels
• Attend seminars, workshops, career events, and professional affiliation meetings
• Maintain professional affiliation with all applicable organizations
• Attend meetings and participate in Committees as required
• Assist in the maintenance of job descriptions
• Cross trained to other human resource functions to support the department
• Promote good employee relations and interdepartmental relations
