Job summary

Wilbur Curtis is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, learning and development, data management, and KPI reporting across two locations in California. The role focuses on compliance with FMLA/ADA, payroll data accuracy, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws. Onsite work is required at Montebello, CA and Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts across multiple departments for professional roles, including candidate sourcing and coordinating interviews.
• Develop and track recruitment and onboarding metrics for HR leadership.
• Manage employee data entry and updates in SAP and Dayforce with Payroll collaboration.
• Maintain organizational structure in SAP for payroll wages, cost centers, and data.
• Administer leave of absence processes (FMLA/ADA) with third-party admin support.
• Support and coordinate learning and development initiatives and training records.
• Collaborate on onboarding, engagement, annual reviews, events, and charitable activities.
• Participate in HR projects as directed by HR leadership.
