Job summary

You will manage data in SAP and Dayforce, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives while partnering with Payroll and HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across multiple departments for professional roles and coordinate interviews.
• Develop and track recruitment and onboarding metrics for HR leadership.
• Manage employee data entry and updates in SAP and Dayforce, collaborating with Payroll.
• Maintain organizational structure in SAP for payroll wages, cost centers, and employee data.
• Administer leave processes (FMLA/ADA) with third-party administrators and return-to-work.
