Job summary

Regal Technology Partners is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, benefits, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with California and federal laws while guiding managers and staff on HR policies and processes.

The role partners with the HR Director to maintain confidential records, execute payroll coordination, and support performance reviews in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; commensurate experience considered.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience with onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data with reports for leadership.
• Administer timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related discrepancies.
• Support benefits enrollment, leaves, and leave administration.
