Job summary

Rbanw is seeking an HR Generalist to lead onboarding for new hires in the Greater Los Angeles area and expand HR programs across the team. You will partner with managers to refine recruiting processes, manage the ATS, and ensure compliant onboarding and new-hire paperwork.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, and strong communication. California experience and bilingual skills are a plus; this is an on-site, full-time position in Los Angeles with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
• Working knowledge of federal employment law; multi-state experience a plus.
• Experience coordinating recruiting and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, from offer acceptance through day one.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activity including posting, screening, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to align role requirements and interview processes; oversee ATS use.
• Support benefits, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and ADA administration.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files; reconcile with payroll as needed.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support HR leadership on complex matters.
