Job summary

Buechel Stone Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and provide a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. You will attract top talent, coordinate hiring activities, and partner with leaders to integrate new hires into the organization.

You will play a key role in shaping the candidate and employee experience, from the initial contact through onboarding, the first 90 days, and long-term retention, across our on-site office in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding practices.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Partner with Leaders to understand staffing needs and role expectations before postings.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, networking, and other resources.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when needed for onboarding and interviews.
• Prepare offer letters, agreements, and new hire documentation.
• Provide candidates with a positive, timely, and professional experience throughout the process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring activity.
• Create, coordinate, and execute onboarding processes that help new employees feel welcomed and prepared.
• Coordinate onboarding plans and training schedules with Leaders.
