Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum five years of broad HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and confidential processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment: manage postings, screening, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Onboarding: coordinate new hire documentation, orientation and related processes.
• Wellness & HR Programming: support wellness initiatives and employee programs.
• Benefits Administration: assist with enrollments, invoicing and inquiries.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: serve as resource on workplace matters and engagement initiatives.
• HRIS & Reporting: maintain records, process changes and generate HR reports.
