Job summary

Jax Spine and Pain Centers is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process and support general HR activities on-site in Jacksonville, FL. This role partners with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard talent while ensuring HR administration and compliance.

You will lead recruitment efforts, maintain ATS and HRIS, and contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and staff onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years in recruiting and general HR, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS (ADP).
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and judgment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
