Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations across our Texas locations, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. This role partners with management to handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, benefits, training, and HR policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience in multi-site environments, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of employment laws. Travel across TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience in multi-site environment.
• PHR/SHRM certification is a plus.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of federal, state labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner across multiple Texas locations (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio).
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Administer benefits, time off, and compliance programs.
• Assist with HR policy development and training.
