You will collaborate with managers to recruit and retain staff, conduct background checks, oversee new hire orientation, and maintain personnel files in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate's degree in HR or related field with 2 years HR experience, or a Bachelor's with 1 year HR experience.
• Strong interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations skills.
• Ability to collaborate with managers and maintain personnel files.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring in partnership with departmental managers.
• Develops recruitment strategies with the HR team.
• Conducts background checks and verifies licenses/certifications.
• Leads new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Handles HR inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with industry standards.
