Casey’s, Des Moines, IA, is seeking an HR Generalist to act as a trusted partner for distribution center leaders and team members. You will drive the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, retention, and engagement, tailoring solutions to support operations.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, coach leaders, and address employee relations while ensuring policy compliance and a positive team experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field required.
• Minimum of three years progressive HR experience in multiple areas.
• Strong knowledge of civil rights and employment laws.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and compliance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted HR partner with distribution center and grocery transportation leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies and attract talent.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, retention and engagement.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, development plans and conflict resolution.
• Address employee relations concerns and escalate complex situations as needed.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze turnover and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, compliance, and the overall experience.
• Assist with payroll, benefits questions, employment verifications, and unemployment as needed.
