Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- HR certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Support workforce planning and organizational staffing needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience.
- Coordinate performance reviews and support manager coaching.
- Partner with leadership and legal for employee relations and HR practices.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws across the USA.
