KenCCID is hiring a full-time HR Generalist in Philadelphia, PA. The role ensures compliance with federal/state laws, administers HR programs, handles grievances, and supports recruitment and training efforts. Some travel to community sites is required, and confidentiality is paramount.

The position reports to the HR Manager and maintains open communication with the HR team to ensure timely, accurate HR services to managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of the ADA, FMLA, Title VII, ADEA, ACA and related labor laws.
• 4-6 years HR Generalist experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply Regulations within the first sixty days.
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Serves as primary resource to managers on employee relations, discipline, retention and termination.
• Develops and manages the employee performance evaluation process.
• Collaborates with supervisors on performance issues and documentation.
• Maintains personnel files compliant with Regulations and conducts audits.
• Responds to employee questions and coordinates leaves and accommodations.
• Prepares monthly HR reports and supports recruiting and training.
