Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.

Falcone Global Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist in our state-of-the‑art Center City Philadelphia, PA Innovation Center.

Our goal is to offer unique end‑to‑end global supply chain services, with an eye for efficient movement of all in‑house services. Functionally, we redefine the 3PL relationship by managing all of our customer’s needs from sourcing to final delivery.

Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annual salary plus performance‑based bonus

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping the employee experience — from writing and improving company policies to supporting workforce planning, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the performance review process.
