Job summary

KENCCID is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to provide professional, timely HR services to managers and staff in Philadelphia, PA. The role ensures compliance with the CBA, policies, and applicable laws, handling investigations and confidential employee data with discretion.

This full-time exempt position reports to the HR Manager and collaborates with the HR team. Some travel to community locations is required, and the incumbent serves as a mandatory reporter for incidents involving consumers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years HR Generalist experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Title VII, ADEA, ACA and other labor laws.
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software including ADP Workforce Now and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary resource to managers on employee relations matters.
• Develops and manages the employee performance evaluation process.
• Collaborates with supervisors on handling performance problems and disciplinary actions.
• Monitors agency staffing and drafts warning letters for attendance issues.
• Responds to employee complaints related to workplace practices and leaves/accommodations.
• Ensures personnel files comply with regulations and conducts file audits.
• Provides management support and addresses walk-in HR inquiries.
