Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in human resources or a related administrative support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and administrative HR functions in support of policies, labor agreements, and applicable laws.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, applicants, departments, and external entities.
• Apply defined procedures across HR functions and escalate issues requiring review or higher-level HR staff.
