Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an in-office Human Resources Generalist based in Little Canada, MN, to partner with leadership on HR programs and policies ensuring equitable development and treatment of personnel.

The role covers staffing plans, recruiting, compensation guidance, and labor relations, with a focus on compliance, performance management, and employee relations across OpCo levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
• Oversee performance management with OpCo leaders on reviews and coaching.
• Work with OpCo leaders to create workforce staffing plans.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, skilled associates and manage workload levels.
• Formulate program goals in employee relations.
• Develop and oversee compensation policies and programs.
• Advise on compensation strategy and communicate policies to associates.
• Provide guidance on HR practices and policy development.
• Provide direction to all HR functions and policies.
