Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee issues, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening, coordination, and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Administer employee benefits and support employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support employee engagement efforts and internal communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
