Peak Support is seeking anHR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to design and implement comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and reports to generate actionable insights, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary cases, including document review, notice issuance, investigation, evidence gathering, preliminary discussions, administrative hearings, findings analysis, and case recommendations.
- Execute day-to-day HR tasks and deliverables, such as handling and resolving concerns via the ticketing tool, issuing notices and HR documents, facilitating New Hire Orientation (NHO) and other company trainings, maintaining trackers, organizing meetings, validating medical certificates, generating reports, filing DOLE RKS, assisting leaders and employees, sending reminders, managing the HR Virtual Office, and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Support compliance efforts related to company-initiated online trainings, document submission, and acknowledgment of internal communications.
- Coordinate employee communications during natural disasters and emergencies.
- Complete all assigned online trainings in Paylocity and other platforms.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, driving successful outcomes.
- Review internal policies and communications from the Client Success team and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of trackers and records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conduct learning sessions and meetings to educate leaders and employees on new policies, procedures, and important updates.
- Stay current with local and national regulations and labor laws, summarizing key points that impact employees and the organization.
- Oversee employee redeployment, movements, and reporting, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as an HR business partner or in a similar role, with practical expertise in HR operations, ideally within the BPO industry.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks while proactively identifying and correcting errors in reports.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, adjusting seamlessly to evolving priorities and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, utilizing its features for efficient data management and analysis.
- Can thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, handling sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing tasks and priorities effectively to achieve objectives.

- Are willing to work on critical days, holidays, overtime, or rest days as necessary.
- Are open to working the graveyard shift, or as dictated by business needs.
