HR Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)

8 months with high potential for extension

Pay Range :

$20-$22 / hr. on W2

Job Description Summary :
  • Time and Attendance Audits: Perform detailed reviews and audits of employee time records in Kronos to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Data Accuracy: Manage and update employee records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Support: Assist with daily HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Mobility: Be prepared to be on your feet up to 50% of the workday to support HR needs within the warehouse environment.
Key Qualifications :
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate precision in handling records, audits, and HR tasks.
  • Kronos Proficiency: Experience with Kronos for timekeeping and workforce management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset willing to assist across HR operations.
  • Mobility: Physical ability to navigate and stay active in a warehouse setting.
Preferred Experience :
  • Previous HR or administrative experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, especially with KRONOS.
  • Experience in timekeeping and payroll is desirable.
  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese, Swahili).
