An established industry player is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to join their HR New Business team. In this role, you will collaborate with client executives and various HR teams to manage large-scale projects during new business transitions. Working as a Sr. HR Generalist with the HR New Business team, you will partner with client executives and HR teams, operational leadership, and multiple functional teams including background, payroll, and benefits support to lead projects of scale through the people transition of new business openings. This includes a phased transition approach from initial planning, overseeing project implementation, to follow-up stages, ensuring continuity of HR processes and procedures throughout the transition "go-live." Your goal is to ensure these processes contribute to the overall success and retention of the new business and transitioning associates.
