Job summary

Capitol Imaging Services is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our growing imaging organization. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, with strengths in performance management, HR reporting and metrics, and manager training and development.

The ideal candidate will navigate between strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day activities, helping leaders manage performance, analyze people data, and drive HR programs while ensuring processes are fair, consistent, and compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the company's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching and development plans.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports and dashboards with workforce trends.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers across the organization.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leadership on organizational changes, engagement, and workforce planning.
