Job summary

Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a dynamic environment focused on compliance, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

The role includes responding to employee inquiries, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, administering benefits and leaves, and generating HRIS reports while protecting confidentiality and partnering with the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Human Resource experience.
• Familiarity with employment laws, EEO, and employee benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employees’ inquiries regarding HR related questions.
• Provide recruiting support including scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, ensuring interviewer flow, checking references, and preparing offer letters.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Administer onboarding including new hire orientation materials and benefits enrollment.
• Administer and maintain the electronic I-9 and E-Verify program.
• Process leaves including FMLA and manage COBRA/open enrollment.
