Job summary

Capitol Imaging Services is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, with particular strength in performance management, HR reporting and analytics, and manager training across the organization.

You will partner with leaders to manage performance, analyze people data, address employee relations matters, ensure policy interpretation and compliance, and drive broader HR programs and initiatives that advance the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably generalist.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Support investigations, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational changes and workforce planning.
