Performance Contracting Group is seeking a high-energy HR Generalist to support HR operations, analytics, employee relations, and engagement across multiple locations. The role offers broad exposure to workforce data, policy administration, and partner interactions with HRBusiness Partners.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in HR, strong data, communication skills, and the ability to travel about 10–15%. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR, employee relations, or analytics experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; HR reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration – support orientation, immigration processes, and records.
• HR Data Analytics and Reporting – dashboards and workforce metrics.
• HR Operations and Employee Relations – support HRBP during peak periods.
• HR Engagement and Culture – coordinate engagement activities and HR communications.
