Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of direct HR experience required.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or similar complex environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, policies, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and HR policies; escalate complex matters.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers.
• Support talent acquisition, interviewing, offers, and candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for smooth transitions.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS updates, and personnel documentation.
• Assist with performance management, goal setting, and feedback.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Ensure policy compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support benefits and HR programs; coordinate with internal and external resources.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with HR initiatives like development, recognition, and training.
• Promote culture of trust, accountability, safety, and value delivery.
