Job summary

Amoroso Construction is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to assist with daily HR operations for both office and field employees. This position involves recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry. Knowledge of California employment laws and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting both office and field employees strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies.

Skills

Knowledge of California employment laws

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education
