Job summary

Hennig Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a primary resource for employees and supervisors on day-to-day HR matters and to administer a broad range of HR programs.

The role includes attendance monitoring, performance review administration, HRIS maintenance, payroll issue resolution, benefits support, and employee relations coordination with HR leadership across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors for routine questions and policies.
• Administer attendance program including monitoring and documentation of attendance actions.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS maintenance.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR support across multiple shifts and coordinate with HR leadership as needed.
