Responsibilities

• Manages talent acquisition process and collaborates with departmental managers to understand required skills.
• Maintains employee records for accurate job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure.
• Handles employment inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Processes payroll, benefits, and deductions for new hires and terminations.
• Administers employee benefits programs and coordinates changes with carriers or brokers.
• Plans and supports company-wide meetings such as safety training and open enrollment.
• Leads the safety program, enforcing policies and training employees on safe procedures.
• Administers and manages the performance review process.
• Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and updates policies accordingly.
• Assists in development and training of production employees on process improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
