Job summary

Universal Presentation Concepts (UPC) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Madison, WI to manage the full employee lifecycle, keep HRIS/ATS data accurate, and ensure regulatory compliance across employment, OSHA, and insurance. The role includes payroll, benefits, confidential record maintenance, and coordinating employee events.

The successful candidate will have 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, plus vendor coordination experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Payroll and benefits experience.
• Vendor communication with medical, insurance, retirement, payroll administrator, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
• Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines.
• Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP.
• Responsible for payroll and benefits.
• Maintains confidential employment records.
• Develop and execute employee events (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc).
• Attend employee meetings.
• Conflict resolution.
