Job summary

World 50 Group is seeking an HR Operations & Generalist Lead to join the Atlanta-based HR function. The role supports the P&C team in delivering HR operations and payroll services for US associates, with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include SOP development, payroll processing, benefits and performance program support, recruitment coordination, and LMS administration, reporting to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in HR generalist role.
• 6 years work experience in HR generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Coding ability; familiarity with UKG Pro, CrossKnowledge and Google is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document and create SOPs for HR operations and processes.
• Ensure operational compliance and execution of HR SOPs, including training of team members.
• Maintain associate data in databases and systems (UKG, Google).
• Process semi-monthly payroll for all associates.
• Support administration of benefits, compensation, and performance programs.
• Advise associates on HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Assist talent acquisition with screening, scheduling and communication.
• Support LMS maintenance and learning program administration.
