Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC seeks an HR Generalist to partner with leaders on HR matters across an assigned territory. The role supports ER, policy interpretation, compliance, compensation, data management, investigations and teammate engagement.

You will collaborate with HR centers of excellence, deliver training, and help shape a culture that reflects our purpose and values while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually (overnight).
• Good communication and confidentiality in handling teammate data.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on HR-related matters within assigned territory.
• Assist HRBP with policy interpretation and rollout support.
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver value-added service.
• Lead employee relations and investigations for both union and non-union teammates.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk through data-driven insights.
