Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders across the business on HR matters, ER, policy interpretation, compliance, and data management. You will support investigations, compensation, payroll and benefits inquiries while driving teammate engagement in a dynamic environment.

The role requires collaboration with HR partners, travel up to 50% and a proactive, confidential approach to HR service delivery across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Four-year degree in HR, Business or Management (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on HR matters and support ER, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Partner with HR to deliver training, investigations, and data management.
• Support compensation, payroll, benefits questions for teammates.
• Engage with leadership to plan retention and talent development.
• Facilitate training programs and promote engagement.
• Ensure risk mitigation and legal compliance across units.
