GPAC is partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employees. This role works closely with leadership to implement policies and enhance workplace effectiveness.

We value an approachable, organized HR professional with 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings, and a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field. Excellent communication is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, and training.
• Communicate and administer company policies consistently.
