Job summary

GPAC has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to hire an HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily HR operations, assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation, and partner with leadership to address employee needs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in HR, strong communication and organizational skills, and a degree in HR or business. This on-site role offers exposure across payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and policy

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
