Job summary

gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist who will support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions. The role includes coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation, and assisting with employee relations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping, assist with performance reviews, development, and training, and ensure consistent communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
