Job summary

gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to recruit an HR Generalist who will support daily HR operations, employee questions, and leadership collaboration. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll coordination, and policy administration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, experience in a Generalist or Specialist capacity, and a preference for manufacturing or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
