Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking a knowledgeable HR Generalist to provide HR administration and lifecycle support. The role will maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and serve as a resource on policies, benefits, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with payroll, recruiting, safety, and operations to support our growing workforce in St.

Louis, MO. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR, employee administration, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, orientation, status changes, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS.
• Process HR documents and coordinate with payroll and other departments.
