Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including benefits administration, leave management, compensation, and HR systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively for diverse groups.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS for reporting and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for team members on HR programs, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance management processes and drive improvements across the organization.
• Administer workers’ compensation claims from start to finish with documentation.
• Manage FMLA and other leave programs in compliance with laws.
• Ensure adherence to attendance goals and promote safety practices.
• Update and maintain the Policy Manual to reflect standards.
• Complete OSHA reporting and coordinate employee accommodations in ADA processes.
• Manage unemployment claims including documentation and appeals as needed.
• Partner with HR leadership on employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Perform other duties to support HR effectiveness.
