Job summary

Par Health is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support on-site at the St. Louis, MO plant. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and investigations, partnering with leadership to promote growth and engagement.

You will design and deliver HR training, administer programs, and ensure consistent policies across the site. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and people-focused problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience with recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor relations support, interpreting collective bargaining agreements and grievances.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with site leadership on recruitment strategies and university relations.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives across the site.
• Advise site leadership on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and processes.
• Ensure policy compliance and consistent employment practices site-wide.
• Design and deliver HR and management training programs.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding for the plant site.
• Administer employee referral programs, exit interviews, and retention efforts.
• Conduct or support workplace investigations with confidential handling.
