Job summary

Work For Warriors Georgia is seeking an HR professional to lead core HR processes including onboarding, terminations, and salary changes. You will own end-to-end requisition management with the recruiting team and partner with RPO for postings.

You will manage FMLA/ADA cases and coordinate with benefits, legal, and vendors to resolve issues promptly. You will generate reports on compensation planning, turnover, diversity, OSHA, and ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field is required.
• HR certification (aPHR or PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead core HR processes: new hires, onboarding, terminations, job changes, and salary changes.
• Manage end-to-end requisition process and partner with RPO.
• Oversee FMLA, leave of absence and ADA cases with benefits and vendors.
• Generate HR reports and conduct data analysis: compensation, turnover, diversity, OSHA.
• Maintain HR systems, organizational charts, posters, and eTime compliance.
