GA Foods seeks a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations for a multi-state workforce. You will focus on employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and lifecycle support to ensure smooth, compliant experiences for employees and managers.

You will partner with HR leadership, Payroll, and vendors, handling investigations, leave processes, and HRIS data integrity while promoting a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and/or leave-of-absence processes.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA accommodations, benefit administration, and employee relations documentation.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, policies, procedures, attendance, performance, and other employee relations matters.
• Support administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
• Coordinate leaves of absence, including FMLA, medical leave, parental leave, personal leave, short-term disability, and other applicable programs.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS, including hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
