Zusammenfassung

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to support national onboarding, coordinate pre-hire requirements, and manage background screenings. The role acts as a resource for new hires and partners with People Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include Workday onboarding, records maintenance, and reporting on onboarding metrics to improve processes across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, onboarding, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building effective relationships with Recruiting, People Operations, hiring leaders, and new hires.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS; Workday experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Manage pre-employment screenings (background checks, MVRs, drug screenings) through to completion.
• Monitor onboarding activity and follow up on outstanding items for readiness on Day 1.
• Serve as a resource for new hires, answering questions and resolving onboarding needs.
• Communicate and partner with hiring leaders, recruiters, and People Operations for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and HR systems.
