Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks an Employee Experience Specialist to support new hires nationwide, coordinating pre-hire requirements, background checks, and onboarding records in Workday. You will serve as a resource for new hires and partner with recruiters and People Operations to ensure a smooth start.

You will monitor onboarding activity, track metrics, and maintain accurate HR records, helping to resolve issues and improve processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, employee onboarding, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience building effective working relationships with Recruiting, People Operations, hiring leaders, and new hires.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems, with experience working in Workday preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide responsive and professional support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage pre-employment screening requirements through completion, including background checks and drug screenings.
• Monitor onboarding activity and follow up on outstanding items for first-day readiness.
• Serve as a resource for new hires, responding to questions and resolving onboarding needs.
• Support a positive employee experience by providing timely communication and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Communicate with hiring leaders, new hires, recruiters, and People Operations to support onboarding.
• Monitor and action onboarding items in Workday, escalate as needed.
• Track hiring/onboarding metrics and provide reporting and admin support.
• Identify onboarding issues or gaps and partner with teams to resolve them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues.
